History and philosophy of the estate

Finca della Musica began as a rural hotel for short or long holidays, and it is also an ideal place to organise events, masterclasses, courses or workshops in the arts and in wellbeing, as well as private parties.

It started as a project for a future cohousing of families and artist friends, where each has an independent house and the common spaces become places of social, playful and artistic gathering.

The philosophy of the estate is to offer a relaxing place, in perfect harmony with nature, self-sufficient both financially and energetically. Our ambition is to reach a fully organic, self-sufficient food production.

The project also sets out to encourage social gathering among guests. To social distancing and virtual friendships, Finca della Musica answers with encounters, closeness and interpersonal, international exchange.

Finca della Musica is rest, friendship, joy and art.

The upper area of the estate brings together the five houses, the garden and the pool: the space where guests meet, for parties with dancing, birthdays and barbecues together.

The lower part of the estate has 400 sqm outdoors, on the same level as the concert hall.
